Terms and Conditions

1. The eligibility period for the weekly lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) runs from 5 August 2020, 0000hrs to 1 September 2020, 2359hrs (the “Contest Period”).

2. In order to be eligible for the Lucky Draw, the entrant must:

   a) Download and onboard the TraceTogether mobile app before or during the contest period; and

   b) Use the SafeEntry QR scanner within the TraceTogether mobile app to check in at least once in each given week of the Contest Period (5-11 August 2020, 12-18 August 2020, 19-25 August 2020 and 26 August-1 September 2020) at SafeEntry locations.

3. The Lucky Draw is open to all TraceTogether users, except employees of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (“GovTech”) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Lucky Draw.

4. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this Lucky Draw.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The Lucky Draw will take place weekly, on 12 August 2020, 19 August 2020, 26 August 2020 and 2 September 2020. Winners will be chosen via a randomised selection, among entries received that given week that fulfill the above criteria. For example, the winners for the 12 August 2020 draw will be selected from the pool of users who satisfied Clause 2(a) above, and used the SafeEntry QR scanner within the TraceTogether mobile app to check in and out at least once in the period of 5-11 August 2020. 

7. For each draw, 20 winners will be selected to win $55 worth of NTUC FairPrice vouchers each. 

8. The winners will be notified via an in-app push notification through their TraceTogether mobile app and SMS, and will receive their NTUC FairPrice vouchers by mail within two weeks following the date of the draw. 

9. Each unique registered user can only win once in the Contest Period.

10. The expiry date of the NTUC FairPrice vouchers will be stated on the vouchers sent to the eligible user. The NTUC FairPrice vouchers are to be used by that date and no extensions will be granted.

11. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

12. We will not be responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, void or expired vouchers. Accidental usage or activation of the NTUC FairPrice vouchers will not be reinstated.

    The NTUC FairPrice vouchers are issued by NTUC FairPrice Co-Op Ltd and are subject to the terms and conditions issued by NTUC FairPrice Co-Op Ltd. 13. GovTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this Lucky Draw, or substitute this Lucky Draw for another, at any time without prior notice to you.

14. GovTech’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Lucky Draw will be final. GovTech reserves the right not to entertain any further correspondence.

15. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw.

16. This Lucky Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by NTUC FairPrice Co-Op Ltd. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you consent to GovTech’s use of your personal information in accordance with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.tech.gov.sg/privacy/.
